Booking & Policies
To ensure the highest quality of care for your pets and livestock, all new clients are required to complete an intake form and review our service policies prior to their first appointment. This allows us to gather important information about your animals’ needs, routines, and any special instructions to provide safe and reliable care.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to confirm all scheduled services. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services. Deposits help us reserve your requested time and ensure availability.
By submitting the intake form and deposit, you acknowledge and agree to Sweet Acre Farm & Animal Care’s service policies. This process helps us maintain clear communication, dependable scheduling, and the highest standard of care for every animal we look after.
